About Us
Uttarakhand Signaller Purv Sainik Association (USPSA) is a formally organised veterans’ association established in 2026 with the objective of providing a common and dedicated platform for former Army Signallers of Uttarakhand. The Association seeks to promote unity, mutual cooperation, mutual respect, discipline and organisational coordination among its members, while encouraging continued participation in constructive social and welfare-oriented initiatives.

Disability Pension पर Supreme Court का बड़ा फैसला — 16 सितंबर 2026 को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने retired Army personnel की disability pension से जुड़े लगभग 271 appeals/SLPs खारिज किए और संबंधित pension benefits वाले फैसलों को बरकरार रखा।
27 साल सेवा के बाद disability pension का मामला — Allahabad High Court ने एक पूर्व Army Medical Corps Havaldar के disability pension के पक्ष में आदेश दिया। मामला seizure disorder और military service से उसके संबंध से जुड़ा था।
सरकारी pension updates — Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare की वेबसाइट पर OROP revision और अन्य pension-related circulars उपलब्ध हैं; विभाग का पेज 18 सितंबर 2026 को अपडेट हुआ था।

📢 USPSA – District Outreach Programme Dear Members, This is to inform all members that **USPSA plans to undertake a delegation visit to every district of Uttarakhand** as part of its outreach and coordination programme. 📅 **Schedule:** Tentatively once every month 📍 **Location:** Different districts of Uttarakhand 📆 **Dates:** Tentative – to be finalised The programme will provide an opportunity to meet members, strengthen coordination, discuss organisational matters and promote unity among former Army Signallers across the state.
